Emergencies

After Hours Emergency Management
Our team is always here to help, even after hours.
Emergencies can be referred to our After Hours Emergency Services Coordinator (ESC), who can assess the emergency, provide you with advice, and arrange for the appropriate trades people to attend to the issue.
Important
Please limit calls to legitimate emergencies regarding common property only. If your call is not deemed an emergency or if it concerns matters unrelated to common property, you may incur extra fees.
Legitimate emergencies include (but are not limited to) fires, break-ins, burst water pipes, and toilet blockages. Calls regarding lost keys or remotes, levy notices, and parking issues are not considered legitimate emergencies. Please also note that the After Hours ESC does not have access to your insurance company or our office after hours.
All life-threatening emergencies must be reported to 000.
